Shipping & Delivery
- We currently offer delivery within New Zealand only.
- Orders placed before 1pm, Wednesday - Friday, will be dispatched the same day (within regular circumstances). Please note that our courier service does not operate on weekends or public holidays. Therefore any orders placed during these times will be dispatched the following Wednesday.
- All orders are sent using the overnight service. However, if your order is intended for a special occasion, we recommend allowing 3-5 business days to ensure it arrives on time.
- Please allow for additional time if shipping is to a rural address.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number which can be used to check the status of your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@parrotdog.co.nz with your name and order number. We'll be more than happy to investigate the matter for you.
