L.B. Porter | 1.25L Rigger
A blend of UK Maris Otter and NZ ale malt form the base of the grist before Munich, medium crystal, chocolate, pale chocolate and roasted barley are added for dark, malty and roasty complexity. An English-American hybrid style ale yeast is used for a mostly clean ferment, with slight complementary fruity esters. Finish is medium malty, with a perceived dry and roasty finish.
